Introducing Dr. Anthony Jones!

Congratulations to Anthony on successfully defending his thesis last Friday, October 28th! His thesis was titled “Determining the role of CoA in alternative macrophage activation.” Anthony will continue to work in the lab as a Postdoctoral Researcher as he prepares for his next adventure of Med School.

Anthony, Nataly and Aracely are all authors of “A Single LC-MS/MS Analysis to Quantify CoA Biosynthetic Intermediates and Short-Chain Acyl CoAs” published in Metabolites. Krista and Mary (UCLA Pharmacology rotation student) authored “Measuring CPT-1-mediated respiration in permeabilized cells and isolated mitochondria” published in STAR Protocols.
